PerformConsult is the result of almost three decades of lived experience in the customer world, and the passion to share this knowledge to help businesses, organisations and teams develop, grow, and to work in amazing cultures and to deliver outstanding customer experiences which feed benefits directly into your bottom line and reputation.

Our Founder, 'Al Hughes' has worked in contact centres for 25 years with a journey taking him through every role from Agent to DIrector of Customer Operations. Al has also worked in Service Delivery, Communications and Engagement, Change, and Training. A well known champion of creating great work cultures where people stay and thrive, Al's proven belief that a great EX (employee experience) plus an efficient UX (user experience) will deliver outstanding CX (customer experiences). This approach gave birth to PerformConsult's model, " EX+UX=CX".

We are expert in and deeply passionate about helping you improve your business returns through partnering with you to improve your work cultures, processes, customer experience and your ROI to your bottom line ands (importantly), your reputation.

Having established a long and successful career in contact centres, Al has since added considerable value and delivered transformational success into business across multiple sectors and industries including; Customer Service, Sales, End User Customer Experience, Leadership coaching and development, Process improvement and work culture.

 

Industries and sectors include Contact Centres, Premier League Football, Insurance, Banking, Online Grocery, Energy and more.

Al will meet with you, understand your goals and then get to work from discovery to design and embedding the improvements that will help you develop and employer of choice reputation, operated smoothly, and deliver the kinds of winning CX that will elevate your brand. Al is also the Founder of HYPE Podcasting Studios, using Video media to elevate businesses success!

A recognised global customer experience influencer, Jacqui is passionate about helping businesses unlock the power of internal service excellence to drive external customer satisfaction.  With an energising, and people-focused style , empowering staff at all levels to take ownership, build confidence, and delight customers with every interaction.

Whether she’s leading a workshop for a team of service professionals, designing development programs for new leaders, or coaching one-to-one, Jacqui’s mission is simple: to help people and organisations be brilliant at what they do.
